Mud Flushing Agent OMF-1
1. Description and Primary Function
OMF-1 is a kind of canary transparent liquid. This product has a strong effect on dilution and
dispersing abilities for the mixture of cement slurry and mud slurry. It has a good washing and
wetting effect on the surface. Being used in the operation, it helps prevent high pump pressure,
improve the displacing efficiency of the slurry, remove the mud, and improve the bonding effect
of formation and casing. In this way, it helps reduce the risks in operation and improve the
cementing quality.
3. Mixing & Maintenance
OMF-1 is compatible with other additives, adapt to all kinds ofwater.
OMF-1 dissolved in water or spacer as the receipt in lab.
Normal range oftemperature use in wells,ºC 10~200
Normal range of Concentration use in wells, BWOC, % 5~20
4. Packing and Storage
OMF-1 was in storage in high density polyethylene bucket. Store in a cool place, avoid putting
together with other materials. Keep it away from a long-time direct sunshine, ignition sources
and heat. Two years of storage period. If overdue, need to retest before use it.
